Official Rules – Stance Society BMW E46 Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

By participating in the “Stance Society BMW E46 Giveaway” (the “Sweepstakes”), you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

1. SPONSOR

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Stance Society LLC, 10191 Hole Ave, Riverside CA 92503, USA (“Sponsor”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win.

3. ENTRY PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on [June 22, 2025 at 12:00 AM EST] and ends on [October 22, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST] (“Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. HOW TO ENTER

There are two ways to enter:

a. Free Entry:

Visit https://stancesociety.com/sweepstakes and complete the official entry form during the Entry Period. Limit one (1) free entry per person.

b. Merchandise Purchase Entry:

Each $5.00 spent on eligible merchandise at https://stancesocietygarage.com during the Entry Period will earn one (1) automatic entry. For example, a $50 purchase = 10 entries.

Purchases must be made during the Entry Period and under the entrant's name to be valid.

5. LIMITATIONS

Limit 100 entries per person regardless of method.
Multiple entries by the same person using different emails/accounts may result in disqualification.
Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, or other automated means are void.

6. PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:

A customized BMW E46 coupe, modified with stance styling (approximate retail value: $15,000 USD)

Prize Details:

Vehicle is awarded “AS IS” with no warranty.
Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, registration, insurance, transportation, and any other costs not expressly stated herein.
Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be substituted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

7. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

The Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about [October 22,2025], from all eligible entries received.

Winner will be notified by email and/or phone within five (5) business days. If the Winner does not respond within seven (7) calendar days, is found ineligible, or refuses the prize, an alternate Winner may be selected.

Winner must complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release within 10 business days of notification to claim the prize.

8. PUBLICITY

By accepting the prize, the Winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, city, likeness, photo, and prize information for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to:

Cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes at any time due to fraud, technical issues, or other causes beyond its control.
Disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

Lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries;
Technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind;
Any injury or damage to entrants or third parties resulting from participation.

10. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Stance Society LLC, its affiliates, employees, officers, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damages arising out of participation or use of the prize, including personal injury, death, or property damage.

11. DISPUTES

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating, entrants agree that any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [Your County, Your State], and entrants consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
